I should point out that I made another jelly train (but with 9 carriages as it needed to feed an entire class of kids)for Ollie to take to school. It was really pleasing that EVERY child could have some - egg free, gluten free, nut free! I can't imagine what it must do to the psyche of kids with food allergies to have to sing "Happy Birthday" to their friends and then watch everyone scoffing down cake they can't eat!
